Product delivery

The delivery cost in Romania is 17.99 Lei and FREE for orders over 250 Lei for a limited period as a promotion and is done by fast courier - Fan Courier as a partner, as described in the "Deliveries" section.

Our products are sometimes made/delivered on a made-to-order basis, and are also personalized, which makes the delivery time up to 1-3 business days starting from the day the order is processed.

Orders are processed as soon as possible after placing the order, Non-Stop. During holidays and sales periods, the delivery time may be extended.

If the package cannot be delivered (the recipient does not respond, the address you specified is incorrect, etc.), you will be contacted by phone by the courier. If the recipient cannot be contacted, the packages remain with the local courier for a specified period, after which they are returned to the Sender.

We are not liable for delayed shipments, loss, destruction, damage, non-delivery or misdelivery of a shipment or part thereof if they are caused by the following situations/circumstances beyond our control, but not limited to:

– road blockages (falling trees, rocks, chain collisions), landslides near the road;

– bridge collapses, blockages of mountain tunnels, train derailments near the road, natural blockages, unauthorized strikes, spontaneous regional riots, unfavorable weather conditions for the smooth running of the proposed itinerary;

– natural causes: earthquakes, cataclysms, devastating storms, tornadoes, natural fires, floods, river overflows, riverbed abandonment, etc.;

– human causes: state of war, state of siege, forced nationalization (transfer to state ownership), revolutions, popular uprisings, etc.;

- non-compliance with orders by suppliers and third parties.

Acceptance

Acceptance will be made when the Goods comply with the technical characteristics mentioned in the Order. If the Buyer discovers that the delivered Products do not comply with the technical specifications, then the Seller will bring the Products into compliance. Also, for products sold and delivered by www.bijuri.ro, the Buyer benefits from the return of the products within 14 days.

Transfer of ownership

Ownership of the Goods will be transferred upon delivery, after payment by the Buyer at the location indicated in the order (meaning delivery – signing the receipt of the transport document provided by the courier or signing the receipt on the tax invoice in the case of deliveries made by the Seller's staff). In the case of delivery by courier, the latter is not authorized by the Seller to allow the Buyer to open the packages before signing for delivery, but only after signing for delivery and paying their possible equivalent.

Upon delivery, all Goods leave the warehouse in perfect condition. The first thing the Buyer must do upon receipt is to check that the number of packages received is the same as the one sent. Secondly, he must inspect the packages very carefully to see if there are any signs that they have been hit or are signs of mishandling, such as bumps, dents, holes, boxes in poor condition, broken seals or any sign that may lead to the suspicion that the goods may be damaged. It is mandatory to leave a note and signature on the courier's delivery note, either on paper or digitally (PDA) with the mention "VISIBLY DAMAGED PACKAGE", if these signs are present. The lack of such a mention, accompanied subsequently by the presentation of images showing the visible damage to the package, will cause the return notification to be automatically rejected.
